SHIPPING & BUILD TIMES
At Realsteelprojects we strive to ship your order as soon as possible from the date of purchase. As soon as your order is placed we will get to work building your product. We pride ourselves on quality and as such we work as quickly as possible to achieve our high standards.
We aim for a 7 day build, package and ship policy, however as of late due to a high demand of our products time frames will vary. See pop up on this page and home page for current lead times.
Dispatch from our home of operations in Adelaide South Australia is normally done within 1-3 business days after completion of build, if for any reason there is a delay to this we will contact you asap via your given email.
Our shipping is handled via Australia Post and thus is subject to their delivery time frames.
Auspost regularly deliver within 2 weeks inside of Australia (2-4 weeks USA) but please be aware that this is subjective to AusPost workload/network conditions and the delivery postcode.
RealSteelProjects are not liable to pay local customs taxes that may or may not apply to your package, international (particularly european) customers should check before ordering with local customs if there may be fees required on accepting your package.

WARRANTY
At Realsteelprojects the customer is and always has been our number one concern.
We stand by our exceptional quality on our full steel sword & saber hilts and thus all of our hilts have a lifetime warranty on their construction.
However due to the natures of custom handmade articles we will asses and determine the need for repair or replacement by a case by case analysis.
In the case of property damaged via transport, we are unable to control what happens to the item once it leaves our care. We do the best job we can in ensuring each package is securely wrapped and clearly labeled with fragile warnings. However in the event of damage through transport we are willing to meet half way with customers in finding a reasonable fix for the item.
We reserve the right to asses each case before agreeing to warranty an item.
Reaslsteelprojects utilise a 3rd party electronics supplier and as such we are subjected to their quality controls. We do rigorous testing of each and every item before it leaves our care but if for any reason you find that there is an issue upon arrival or by no fault of yourself, we will work hand in hand with you and our supplier to rectify the issue.
We cannot warranty aspects of our sabers that have undergone general wear and tear such as finish abrasion or grip textures fading. We also will not be able to warranty products that have undergone modifications by the user or any unreasonable treatment of the articles.

In the event an item requires shipping back for warranty purposes we are prepared to pay up to $50AUD reimbursement on shipping costs as soon as the item falls into our care.

REFUNDS
Refund Policy

At RealSteelProjects We strive to provide you with the highest quality metal art and props, however In the case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange according to the terms and conditions outlined below.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Upon verification, we will either refund the full amount or provide a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that:
-You have changed your mind about.
-Have been damaged through negligence or unsafe use.
Changes to the Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time.
